Finding funding for Oakland’s Historic Façade and Tenant Improvements

This seven story office building, was built in 1910 within Oakland’s historic district. We sought grant funding on behalf of our client to provide a street level façade remodel including interior remodel of the existing ground level restaurant and entry lobby. Our application and presentation, which included schematic design for the building façade, and main level interior won the maximum $20,000 award for this discretionary grant.
